Service Description

Ryloa is a recruiting assistance platform that helps student athletes:

• Search and find college coach contact information
• Create personalized email templates
• Generate Gmail compose links for direct email sending
• Track outreach and manage recruiting communications

Email Communication Policy

Key Principle: You are responsible for all emails sent through your Gmail account.

• Ryloa generates compose links but never sends emails directly
• All emails are sent from your personal Gmail account
• You must comply with NCAA recruiting rules and regulations
• You are responsible for the content and timing of all communications
• Respect coach preferences and institutional communication policies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any NCAA rules or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to scrape or download coach data in bulk

Cost of Service

• Ryloa is provided free of charge to student athletes
• There are no subscription fees, and no payment or credit card is required to use the service
• You may stop using the service or close your account at any time
• Features may be added, changed, or removed as the service evolves
